1. Overview

This store is a front end for the Tebex webstore of DolphinSMP.net. We do not set our own cookies and use no tracking or advertising. We never receive your payment details – payment is handled entirely by Tebex.

2. Controller

For this website: the DolphinSMP team, reachable via our Discord.
For purchases, payment and invoices: Tebex Limited, 201 Haverstock Hill, Second Floor C/O Fkgb, London NW3 4QG, England (see Imprint).

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted on a web server in Germany. When you visit it, the server automatically stores technical data (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser). This is required to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted automatically after a short period.

4. Purchases via Tebex

When you buy something, we pass your Minecraft username and your cart to Tebex. Tebex creates a basket and redirects you to its checkout, where it processes your order and payment data as an independent controller (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). So that your purchase arrives in game, Tebex sends your username and the purchased packages to our server.
Tebex privacy policy: checkout.tebex.io/privacy

5. Local storage in your browser

To keep you logged in and keep your cart, we store your Minecraft username, your cart contents and your basket ID in your browser's localStorage. This data stays on your device. You can remove it with "Logout" or in your browser settings.

6. Third-party services

When you open the site, your browser loads content from the following providers, which technically receive your IP address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, display and functionality of the site):

Providers based in the USA may involve a transfer of data to a third country.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact us on Discord to exercise them. For purchase data, contact Tebex directly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
